Mechanical Integrity
Canaben’s Integrity engineers bring 15+ years of experience, proven across complex refinery, chemicals, and upstream/downstream projects. Our key members have delivered projects with Shell, CAIRN ENERGY, BP, KBR, Wood, Suncor, and others. Key members are certified NB, API 510, API 570, API 580, API 653, CWB Level 3 inspector, ABSA in-service boiler and pressure vessel (IBPV).
Services Include:
- Engineering Evaluation/Assessment of mechanical integrity for static equipment (pressure vessel, heat exchanger, API tanks etc.), piping and pipeline (API 510, API 570, API 653)
- Assessment of Re-rating and Fitness for Service (FFS) per API 579-1/ASME FFS-1
- Risk Base Integrity (RBI) assessment (API 580)
- Prepare and review welding PQR & WPS (CWB)
